Domaine des Etoiles - Menu suggestions

Steve is a great cook who loves to entertain and he has collected interesting recipes and ingredients from his travels around the world. Here is a sample menu using local French ingredients, but if you would like something different, a curry or a BBQ evening perhaps, just ask. If you are coming to Domaine des Etoiles to celebrate a special event requiring a cake, an order can be placed at the local patisserie and they will create a traditional "freiser" (light and fluffy sponge cake with cream and fresh strawberries).

A selection of picnic friendly food is provided in a cool box for you to take out wherever you are going or you can eat it on the terrace or at one of the secluded tables by the waterfall.
